Suggest Treatment For Terrible Body Pain And Fatigue

Question: Yes, I have terrible body pain, joint pain, fatigue that does not go away with sleep, I don't sleep well, hard to walk because my feet hurt so bad, some loss of balance, and I cannnot seem to loose weight. I am female and 56 years old, a former athlete with multiple knee surgery, and vision that is weak when I am SO tired. I have noticed a paleness when tired as well. I have had blood work that is normal, thyroid test-normal, chest x-ray-normal, have just resigned from a very active position as an exercise physiologist. I have ADD, dyxlexia, High blood pressure and take Licinipril + HCTZ, amphedimines (10 mg), and Tamazapram. It is hard to sleep and hard to get up. I amjust in so much pain and exhausted. Can you give me some ideas to speak with my doc with?

In my opinion, these symptoms are most probably suggestive of fibromyalgia.
This condition is characterised by joint pain and stiffness, muscle pain, disturbed sleep, mood issues with normal investigations.

The appropriate drug treatment for such condition is duloxetine (cymbalta) or gabapentin (neurontin) (prescription drugs).
