Can be due to a nerve inflammation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the right arm with all normal tests and no visible problem can be due to a mild nerve inflammation at the site of PICC line. In case it is associated with numbness or a mild burning sensation then a nerve related cause is more likely. This can improve with methylcobalamin supplements and medicines like pregabalin. She can also take mild anti inflammatory pain killers and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
