Brief Answer:
Could be due to infection of either Epididymis or Spermatic Cord.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Right testicle radiating up into groin since midnight .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1)Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning urination ,painful urination etc ?

The sudden pain in testicle and cord that you have could be due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis ) or of Spermatic cord (Funnicullitis) However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist

Consult either of them for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis ,
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.

In the mean while start taking antibiotics like Cefotaxime and anti inflammtory medication Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of drugs from your primary care physician .

Ensure to drink more water

Using scrotal support will help to ease out the pain and discomfort

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
