Question: Hi, my scrotum and groin area itches and I have discomfort when I urinate. The rash doesn’t appear bad and they’re are no bumps.

I have viewed the images.
I can see slightly red, dry/scaly patches in groin folds. It seems like a fungal infection.
I suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1 %cream Or miconazole nitrate 2% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks. You may also take a tab cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
