Question: I have pain (painful to the touch and throbbing pain) in the right testicle and frequent urination with painful sensation at the penis tip, since Friday. I had a prostate biopsy on last Tuesday. There is no blood in urine now, but there was blood in the urine all day on Wednesday. No cancer was found.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of either Epididymis or Rt Testicle (Orchitis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there swelling of testicle ?

You need to consult your urologist for assessment and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Routine urine test and urine culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning Of scrotum .

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Cefotaxime and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Ensure to drink more water .
