Suggest Treatment For Thick Mucus, Blocked Nose, Slight Fever And Breathing Difficulty

Question: hi....could you help with some medicines for
- thick mucus and chocked nose which usually cause disturbed breathing
- light fever during night time
- some times flowing nose
since i got exposed to lot of dust due to rennovation work at office and home from last few days i have caughtup with this ailment.
