Question : Am a 26 yr old female with a 2 yr old daughter who has been exclusively breastfed till date...for the past 2-3 months i have been experiencing terrible hair shedding in full length...their is no breakage but the entire hair falls off from the root with a root bulb at the end...can u plz explain the possible causes of such extreme hair loss n suggest me treatment as well...am i going through telogen effluvium phase?
