Brief Answer:
Your daughter are most probably having severe URTI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.
After reading your clinical history it appears that your daughter are most probably having severe upper respiratory track infection (URTI).

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
consult ENT specialist for examination , investigation & management .

Till then , i would advice
use Antiseptic betadine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
tab paracetamol thrice daily ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 5 mg) at night &
complete the course of althrocin .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
