Brief Answer:
steam inhalation and warm saline gargles
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are suggestive of a possible upper respiratory tract infection.

I would suggest regular steam inhalation and warm saline gargles for the same.
If it hurts too much, you can meet a local practitioner for a mild and short duration of steroids under the cover of antibiotics.

If it still hurts, you can also try xylocaine spray.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please enter greater details about your symptoms. I would be glad to hear from you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
