Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain In Right Leg

Question: I have been having right leg pain starting from my groin down the front of my leg making it feel like a weight is attached. I can only stand on my feet for approximately 2-3 minutes then I must sit down dur to the trobbing pain. What can be the cause?
Brief Answer:
Different reasons possible, first ischiadic nerve pain to be assumed
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
when someone with your symptoms comes to my office i do a clinical examination to check if it can be form back pain/ radiating isciadic nerve pain. Important is if there is any numbness or muscle weakness, and exactly where the pain radiates. Another possibility is that you are having an inguinal hernia, which can be examined by palpation, which i would also do. So if ibuprofene does not help and the problem persists, please see your local gp to check/ rule out these 2 possible reasons first.
Other tests and examinations will follow depending on the findings.
Hope this gives you a first orientation,
Best regards

Two things what is an ischaiadic nerve and and inguinal hernia? Not familiar wit medical terms, please explain in laymans terms please.
Brief Answer:
1. Back/spine nerve 2. Intestine part pinched in womb surface
Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,
i am sorry off course i will try my best to explain those 2 terms:
1. ischiadic nerve pain: this is the main nerve that comes from the lower spine into the leg. When something is wrong with the spine this nerve bundle can be pinced and cause radiating leg pain
2. inguinal hernia: a protrusion of abdominal-cavity contents through the inguinal canal, which in simple terms is sort of like gap in the outer abdominal wall, may also causing the pain described.
Please let your local gp exaone this further, best regards
