Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Problem

Question:
Hello I am Kalpana, I having Thyroid problem since 14 years .now I am taking thyronam 150 mcg. Yearly once I Check my Thyroid level. Now I checked it and the result I uploaded.Could you please suggest me whether to continue the same dosage (150,cg)or chnage it. If change need how much?

Hi Kalpana,
Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting the question.
Your thyroid function is not controlled now. Once on treatment your TSH has to be preferably between 0.5 and 4 miu/ml. Your TSH is well above this.
Make sure you are taking the medications regularly in the morning in empty stomach. If you are regular with medications you need to increase the dose now. You can increase the Thyronorm dose to 175 mcg per day after consulting a physician.
You can recheck the thyroid function tests after 2 months.
