Suggest Treatment For Tick Bites On Hand And Chest

Question: I have been researching this all week. I am a retired RN of 40 years. I handled a lot of hay early summer and developed a large red ball on the outside of my ear that blocked the canal Finally it went down enough I could see little straw color straight lines about one fourth of an inch long I tried to get it out but it was under the skin as I was doing this I saw a black arm poke through and it looked like the smallest spider of tick I have ever seen Then I started having them on my chest They were the same but some of the lines were black My ear drained serous drainage into my canal and at this time they did n ot itch bad They finally went away and I got 14 of these thing out of my ear My ear size got to normal in 2 months About 2 months ago I picked up a chicken and saw the same things in their feathers I put it down quick but after that I started having these things all over but just one or two at a time
four days ago I fell and cut my knee and have like a road burn on a lot of my left lower leg With this can more of these things and I have never itched so bad in my life It is making me crazy I have used Benadryl aloe
silvadene and anything else I could find I have not slep in days Looking at the pictures I believe I have hay itch mites and now I am almost sure I have a staph infection I hope not MRSA I can send you a picture It said this is not passed person to person I have to be sure on this because my grandson spends the night with me often since Ive had this There are 5 dermatologist in this town and first appoint is late Dec I cannot wait
I am a mild diabetic on Metaformin
allergy to Demerol Ace Inhibitors and I cannot take steroids except topically they make me real crazy
