Posted on Wed, 8 Oct 2014
Question: I have a tight foreskin and it doesn't get back by itself when i get an erection. i have to pull it backwards manually. also after i pull it back the skin around it is like squishy and not tight. yesterday after i masturbated i noticed that there is a small red cut or spot like thing on the back end of the penis tip. i may have done it roughly. there was no blood at all i touched the spot hard enough but no blood came out of it though. surface of my tip is also kind of rough and also please advice me how to delay ejaculation?

i have attached the pics for better understanding.

Brief Answer:
Possibility of herpes needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the photographs.

The lesion on the under surface of penis is an erosion. Erosions resulting from rough masturbation are rare. I would rather want to rule out Herpes Genitalis.

The red spots could be due to rough masturbation.

Regarding measures to delay ejaculation, you can use a topical lignocaine 2% gel locally, 30 minutes before intercourse to delay ejaculation. It reduces the sensitivity of glans and hence delays the ejaculation.

If this does'nt help, (SSRIs)Serotonin uptake inhibitors like fluoxetine are effective in case of premature ejaculation.

hello doctor, i didn't had intercourse with anyone so we sure can rule out the possibility of herpes for real. i'd like to share something with you regarding the same. i did some out of the box thing and applied neosporin and combination based ointment on the lesion area and all i can say that there is no squishy skin anymore. its appears normal. it tried some movement like back and forth steps on the foreskin and it wont get squishy anymore.

just be curious if the Erosions begin to appear again i hope they don't but still what should i do?

the red spot is still there though. please suggest a remedy for that. the medical treatments for delaying the ejaculation you advised has any side effects that i should be aware of? i do want kids and i hope you understand my concern.
