Suggest Treatment For Tightness In Chest While Having Multiple Sclerosis

I'm physically disabled, not able to drive, have no where to go. The house is owned by my former husband. He pays taxes and insurance but wouldn't pay for flood insurance. I don't qualify for assistance locally or state.
I called my G.P. today as I am experiencing physical symptoms that aren't normal, like tightness in my chest, some discomfort when taking a deep breath.
I was told by a man who treats homes having experienced flooding, I have 72 hours before needing to evacuate my home. That would have been Tuesday-Wednesday. (Dec. 29-30)
I guess the reason for my inquiry, I'm not one to be concerned with my physical wellbeing, other than the physical problems I already have with M.S. (diagnosed in 1996). I'm not sure what to do, the doctor's office called today will be out until Monday, XXXXXXX 2nd. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer. I have no other health concerns other than XXXX XXXXXXX YYYY@YYYY Thank you.

Most probably chest infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back. There is quite a possibility that your symptoms are because chest infection due to dust/flood remains. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- cetirizine one at night for 2 days
- Take boiling water in a pot, put your head over the steam and cover whole with a sheet. Take deep breaths in it.(Avoid getting closer else it might cause burn). Do this twice a day.
- Avoid dust area
Hopefully these measures will help you improve the symptoms and as the Doctor's Office opens, you can pay a visit and get a detailed workup including chest xray & ECG.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
