Question : I have extreme tightness in my jaw,trouble swallowing and extra saliva. Also fatigue. What's wrong with me?

These symptoms could select either local joint pathology or a generalised metabolic disturbances.
Symptoms collectively represent swallowing difficulty or aptly called Dysphagia
I advise you to get the following investigation to determine the cause of your symptoms.
1.X ray of the Temporomandibular joint
2.Serum Calcium levels.
3.Complete blood counts.
4.Upper GIT Endoscopy.
Further management if any is largely based on test results.
Post your further questions if any.
