Suggest Treatment For Tinea Versicolor

Question: Hi, about a 2 months ago I developed mulloscum contagiosum and shortly after that I noticed red spots on my shoulders (non itchy) and they seem to fade some days and come back to this pink color some other days. Keep in mind that these spots became prevalent where I initially believed I had scars from a vacation trip where I got badly sunburned that resulted in blisters on my shoulders. Another raised flag of mind that about two months prior to this I developed a common cold which was gone in less than a week but then I noticed that I had a prolonged runny nose after that.

Brief Answer:
oral and topical antifungals
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome again.
If its tinea versicolor , its an easily treatable condition. I usually prefer to give oral fluconazole to my patients with this condition.
Alongwith topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole is advised to apply over the lesions twice daily.
But before commencing treatment, confirmation of diagnosis is required.
Kindly attach pic of the lesions so that I can help you.
stay healthy.
