Question : The fingertips of my left hand tingles and numbs, especially while driving, starting in the first 10 minutes and gradually increases. Lowering my hand to my lap it slowly decreases. Also my left fingertips and palm sometimes itches. This symptom started slowly 4-5 years ago.

There are two possibilities to consider, hyperthyroidism and neuropathy. It needs a thorough clinical examination backed with suitable investigations. The thyroid gland secretes hormones that control our metabolism. Excess of this hormone may lead to conditions where you could have the mentioned. Neuropathy means nerve pathology and could have similar presentation.
