Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Do not worry, that is because of your hitting on your penis. If the accident occurred within a couple of days, can apply cold compresses to the head of your penis.
Otherwise, nothing worrisome.
All the best!

It happened about 3 weeks ago and then i masterbate and had sex, so it disnt have time to heal. Is the tingling feeling it healing?
Brief Answer:
It will subside in few days....
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
That's really bad as you have really traumatized your penis without giving time to heal.
If this is the case, then, can take painkillers and avoid further trauma: either masturbation or sex (especially hard/dry sex). Let time to get fully recovered, then can enjoy sex.
The tingling will be subside in few days. If no improvement within a week, should consult with an urologist to evaluate any further damages locally.
