Had I been your treating physician, I would have advised the following:
1. Tab Pregabalin or Gabapentine twice daily.
2. Tab Mecobalamin twice daily.
Continue these medications for at least 4-6 weeks.
3. Avoid lifting heavy objects.
4. Avoid using soft mattress while taking rest.
5. Do regular exercise (casual walking) to reduce the body weight if you are obese.
