Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
You are having tingling pain in your lower limbs. Tingling pain is most commonly neuropathic pain, due to impingement of nerves; however, there can be some other causes too. Alcoholism, smoking, diabetes etc are some other common causes of such pain.
Signoflam might be helpful in musculoskeletal pain, but in neuropathic pain, you will need some more medicine. I would advise the following-

Painkillers with antacid orally.
Pregabalin-mecobalamin combination for neuropathic pain.
Local dry heat application.
Simple exercises like spinal isometric exercises, straight leg raising etc.
Avoiding smoking and alcohol if any.
Blood sugar testing to rule out diabetes.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Follow as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for writing back.

You have been advised preclaud and daflon.

Preclaud contains cilostazol which is used in intermittent claudication and it increases blood flow and helps relieving pain. Whereas daflon is used in venous insufficiency. Both of them might help relieve the pain and tingling if the cause is vascular i.e blood vessel related. But if the cause is nerve related, you will have to take medications as I suggested previously.

Also, simple exercises as mentioned above will help you relieve pain and tingling.

Your doctor has examined you clinically and suggested the medicines hence you should take it, and follow up regularly. If not relieved, then you might have to take further medicines as mentioned.

Daflon has no side effects except gastric intolerance so antacids alongwith will help. Preclaud also has no serious side effects except diarrhea, headache and dizziness.

So you can keep these in mind while starting the drug.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
