Hello Sir.

These symptoms could either be related to spine or nerve pathology

I advise you to get an MRI of the cervico dorsal spine to rule out spine pathology.

Meanwhile, I would like to prescribe oral pills of Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg for 1 month and Pregabalin 75 mg for 15 days.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
