Hi XXXXXXX welcome to HCM,
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to HCM, Tingling in palms as you have correctly assessed can be due to vitamin deficiencies, or due to carpal tunnel syndrome. You have tried B-12, but sometimes it can be due to B-1 or B-6 deficiency. You can try Neurobion forte that contains B-1, B6 and B12 and see whether it reduces. Another possibility is it is coming from cervical (neck) spine. Lower part of cervical spine (C8-T1) supplies the hand. Sometimes there is an inflammation near the nerve root in the spine that can lead to tingling in the palms. Fomentation, gentle massage with a pain balm and slow exercises may help. If there is no improvement, an X-ray of cervical spine may be done. Regards
