Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Right Arm And Burning Sensation In The Feet

Had various nerve studies with neurologist. My labs are good. No diabetes.
My feet burn on and off throughout the day. It's the strangest thing. Never had this before. Also, my primary care DR told me I'm fine, I am having an anxiety reaction. So far no one can tell me why my feet burn. I'm 60, female. Could this be the start of MS, but will just need to take time for more weird symptoms to pop up so it can be diagnosed? Today my right arm felt like it was 'asleep', tingling some. I did some stretches and it went away for the most part. For the past month have had that happen a few times with the tingly arm but it went away right off. Today it stayed half a day or so. Combine with the burning feet, makes me wonder. The neurologist did mention my right wrist showed some weakness and mentioned ulnar nerve. One more test he wants to look in to is further study beyond the blood pressure test done. BP cuffs placed on arms and legs. That test completed. Result of that test - He said seems like the legs weren't completely OK and want to do more test. I don't have any PAD symptoms unless you count burning feet as one. But that's the only one. Mom and sister have fibro for many years, but no burning feet. One thing about my feet.... about 10 years ago something changed on bottom of feet. When I have a pedicure I can't take it when they use an exfoliator and scrub foot on bottom. It is excruciating for me. Other than that, feet did not bother me at all. Now the burning. Wonder if it's related. All frustrating. I also had one bout of ischemic colitis 3 years ago. Had colonoscopy and all was fine.

Neuro did several nerve tests he said no neuropathy, I'm fine. The only thing is he wants to look further in to the Blood Pressure flow test in the leg area. Just wanted to clarify I have had the follow up appt with neuro after all the nerve tests.

If you think it sounds like probably anxiety and that feet burn/ arm tingling are unrelated, totally OK to just tell me. I know anxiety CAN be a cause of burning skin sensation. I just learned about this recently.

It never keeps me awake. When I wake up in the morning it's not there. Part of the problem is being upset that they burn and not knowing why. That seems to make it worse. When I consider that it might be anxiety the burning sometimes subsides a little or it doesn't upset me as much. confusing sometimes. Some days or hours are better than others. It comes and goes throughout the day.

i did mention above my B12 is OK and Vit D OK.
I'm wondering if there is something about the way I submitted the information that made it unclear. I mentioned my ANA Titre. Did you see that?

Be sure to read the ' Patient Profile', too. I filled that out and left several additional messages. I saw an endocrinologist who performed an ultra sound my Thyroid today and said I have mild heterogenous Thyroid Gland. So that is new info since I submitted last night.

I also showed him my blood test ANA Titre 1:160 and Sed Rate is NORMAL though. After he saw that he referred me to a rheumatologist.

Could this be Rheumatoid Arthritis? My only symptom seems to be burning feet and a little with hands sometimes. Wonder if the RA is affecting my nerves. I have also developed Morton's Neuroma in my right foot and neuro said weak area around wrist caused by ulnar nerve. He said no carpal tunnel. Hope this helps.
Glad to hear it probably is not RA. My mother and sister both diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

I read on the internet that sometimes Fibro can present with burning feet. But most of the time does not. Any thoughts on that? Thanks Dr.
