Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus, Eye Twitching, Neck Pain And Headache
Question: I have terrible aeroplane noise in my ears and a high pitch noise, a twitch in my right eye, bad neck pain which has eased over the passed few days and bad headaches, which come and go, but I'm having them daily sometimes lasting 2 hours. This started approx 4,weeks ago the ear noise dizziness and twitch have been approx 2 weeks. I am taking co code mol for pain and stemetil for dizziness. What can I do and what is this?? Thank you

A lot of your symptoms were matching to few possibilities that I mention here. Most of them are pointing towards a degenerative disc disease in the neck vertebrae that starts to occur after menopause and thus there seems early degeneration.
The headaches and ear noise can happen with the cervical spondylosis, if there is inflammation on Xray it is called Spondylitis. This gets better with co code mol and stemetil and they are just relieve symptoms and not the root cause of the disease.
I think you should get primary evaluation with a cervical vertebrae xray lateral view, flexion views. Once the diagnosis is confirmed the treatment is simple, long term and continous to arrest the progression.
Though there are other possibilities I would not like to confuse you now. I think you ought to take it to primary care doctor.
