Seems to be sensorineural deafness.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having tinnitus.
Based on your clinical details, it occurs to be age related deafness causing tinnitus.
Tinnitus, is common in sensorineural deafness, which occurs with aging due to nerve degenaration.
I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get otoscopy (to know the status of ear drum), audiometry ( type and degree of deafness). depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.
please stick to your medical chart, as they are inevitable, life time medications and can not be stopped.

Answers and suggestions for your issues.
1. Your past history denotes, you are having congenital deafness, which is always nerve deafness can cause sounds in ears.
2. Except hydrocodone and furesamide (ototoxicity), non of other drugs (lomotil, trazodone, naproxen, declofenac, amlodipine, prinivil, sertraline and levothyroxine) will not cause any harm to inner ear (tinnitus).
3. I still recommend you to go for audiometry, and have a trial for hearing aid for tinnitus.
