Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Last time on 1 feb I asked a question regarding your this complaint.
Can you please tell me for how long are you having these symptoms.
Any history of frequent nasal infections or throat infections?
Any loud noise exposure or trauma to the ear?
Any hearing loss?
What medicines have you been taking so far?
Please tell me all the information so that I can suggest you better.
Did you get any investigations done like an audiometry?
Thanks and regards

I first noticed it in late December while hunting. I did shoot my gun twice in November. No I hardly ever get throat or nasal infections. The only medicine I take is Excedrin and no I have not done an auditory yet

Hi
Thanks for the information
It is probably a acoustic trauma from firing. Get an audiometry done to see the amount of hearing loss if any and what frequencies has been affected till now.
Start taking tablet cinnarizine twice daily.
Also take vitamin b12 1500 micrograms once daily
These medicines I prescribed are available only on prescription.
Avoid excessive XXXXXXX usage or ear phones.
Start with the medicines and get the required investigations done.
Thanks and regards
