Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

Ok ....

To Make It Short .....

I have Tinnitus from Sound Rock Concert Damage -- I use to be in a Band ) in my Right Ear ( sometimes it moves around from ear to ear ) .......

On a Scale of 1-10 ... I would believe mine is a 1.5

A week ago Last Sunday I was with my 11 year old Stepson Golfing ....

He Never drove a Golf Cart Before and did Great ..... ( until the 18th hole )....

He was going uphill and the Cart was leaning in his ( the drivers) direction .... He put his foot out
because he thought the cart was tipping .... ( it wasn't) .... and he slipped out but his other foot got stick on the Gas and he still hung on to the wheel .... Before I could react or do something .... We Drove HEAD ON --- into a Palm Tree ..... Going about 12-15 miles per hour .... Heard a HUGE BANG and The Sound of My Golf Clubs Hitting Right Behind My Head

That evening ( 6 hrs Later ) I quickly got to Chiropractor for an adjustment ......

He said I don't have Whiplash but I have Soft Tissue Trauma ...

Lower Back Sore

Back - In between Should Blades Sore

Neck Sore

Now I notice my Tinnitus went from a 1.5 in Volume to about a 5.0

And I have it now in Both Ears .....

My Audiologist says The Ringing Spike should Only be Temporary ....

It is in BOTH Ears Now and I am SCARED .... I Hardly Sleep and I Am Terrified the Ringing Volume Increase and Now being in Both Ears are going to be Permanent ..... Have you Ever Heard of This .....

My Audiologists Assistant says ... I Have Trauma In the Neck and Shoulders .... and Once That Calms Down ... It will Go Away .....

The Noise of Hitting a Tree Sounded as Loud as a 12 Gauge Shot Gun going Off ... and I didn't have any Ear Plugs in my ears .....

How is it Now I hear it in Both Ears and That is what SCARES Me the Most .....

I am TERRIFIED because I hear it in Both Ears ..... Have You Ever heard of this Happening ....

And Have You Ever Heard of it Going Away ( Back Down to BASE ) .... And Leaving the Other Ear and Go Back to Normal ...... The Way it use to Work

Just Trying to Understand it All ....

I Have an Audiologist - One of the Best in The Business Globally and He instructed me to take a Protocol .... Which I am doing ....

So My Questions Are -- Its NOW BEEN 7 DAYS .... Since the Accident .....

1. It is in BOTH Ears Now and I am SCARED .... I Hardly Sleep and I Am Terrified the Ringing Volume Increase and Now being in Both Ears are going to be Permanent ..... Have you Ever Heard of This ..... Not Like it Usually Is .... DIFFERENT NOW .....

2.) How Long Do You think it can take for The Tinnitus to Get Back To Base...

3. ) Meaning the Loudness will go back down to where it use to be .....
At a 1.5 ...... Back to Base ???? ..... Do YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT MY TINNITUS CAN GET BACK TO BASE ???

4.) Do You Believe that The Tinnitus can Go back to the Way it use to Be and NOT be in BOTH Ears At The Same Time and Back to the Volume of 1.5 and Operate the Way It Use To .....

5.) Do YOU REALLY BELIEVE THAT MY TINNITUS CAN GET BACK TO BASE AND NORMAL AGAIN ???

I do Have Tinnitus from Noise ( Band ) from the 80's ....

My Last hearing Exam Last Month showed that I have Good hearing for a 56 yr old .... A little off but Not Bad ......

But since the Accident Last week ( 7 days ago ) .... Because of the accident ....

Hitting the Palm Tree that didn't move at 15 mph ....

The LOUD Boom when the Cart hit the Palm Tree ....

The Club Banging Together LOUD behind my Head .....

1.) Have You Ever Heard of This ?

2.) How Long Do You think it can take for The Tinnitus to Get Back To Base...

I noticed some fluctuation from Ear to Ear and Sometimes in Both ......

It seems like the Loudness subsided just a little bit .... Not A lot .... but A little Bit ......

But it still seems to Spike in my Left ear which it very seldom did before Accident ....

Would love to hear your thoughts ......

Still Praying Hard that this goes Back to My Baseline ......

Do I still have a Chance for it to go Back to Base .....
