Suggest Treatment For Tiredness In A Heart Patient
Question: I had previously gone through angioplasty procedure with 2 stent placement, 2 blocks which were 80% and 90% were inserted with stent and third block was 70% , after process as per doctor prescription I take Cardarone 200mg at morning and ecosprin gold 10mg at night along with my Diabetic tab glycomet 1mg, i feel the taste in my mouth whole day of medicine and also nowadays i feel too much triedness. is there any solution for my triedness

Humidity can be a cause for your weakness but there can be various other reasons for tiredness,like...
Deficiency of VIT B12
Uncontrolled diabetes or may be hypothyroidism.
Please discuss with your doctor about it and get tested for above mentioned causes including serum electrolytes estimation.
Loss of sodium and potassium in humidity can be the cause in you since you are having cramps in back also.
Till then take coconut water,lemon water etc to rehydrate you.

An occasional pain abdomen can be due to acidity or gas and need not to be worried.
You can take PANTOPROZOLE 40 mg once a day on empty stomach in morning for 10-14 days.Avoid constipation by drinking plenty of water and doing regular exercises.
In case your pain abdomen doesn't go,you need to be examined and investigated.
Consult your doctor in that case.

These reports show that your blood sugar levels are uncontrolled and require review of your anti diabetic medications.
Your potassium levels are slightly high but seems to be a wrong report.You get it done again and you would find it normal.Rest of the reports are almost normal.
As far as vaccinations are concerned you can take a pneumococcal vaccine which is taken just once..
Other vaccine which can be taken is an influenza vaccine which is taken every year.
Talk to your doctor regarding this.

Pneumococcal vaccine prevents pneumonia,meningitis and other infections caused by pneumococcus bacteria.Only one injection is enough for you.
Flu vaccine prevents the occurrence of flu in the person and has to be taken every year.
Prevention of flu in itself will prevent occurence of bronchitis and other respiratory tract infections like pneumonia.
