Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Sweating And Stomach Pain

Yes, typical of viral infections!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. This is typical of viruses as they tend to cause general body malaise, fatigue, stomach upset, muscle pains and a general feeling of being unwell. Viral illnesses generally have no standard medications for treatment. What we do most often is to control the symptoms and allow the body to fight the infection itself. For this, I will suggest that you exercise often, eat healthy, drink enough fluids, dress warm and try some Tylenol to relief your stuffy head and sinuses.
In all, this is a possible viral infection. Try symptomatic management as suggested above and all would be well.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for sing our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Hi and thanks for this follow up question.
I believe in holistic care and glad you do as well. However, supplements are meant for persons with poor eating habits and documented deficiencies. If for real you eat well and there are no signs and symptoms to suggest for any deficiencies, there would be no reasons for you to take extra supplements. Several persons believe in this but the added advantages in a majority of the persons are not worth the cost.
Always being tired could suggest a disease condition. The most common of this is a hypothyroid state. I will suggest that you follow up and probably get a baseline TSH level to see if the thyroid is okay. Also, if other symptoms like lack of concentration, interest, motivation, always feeling down, etc. are reported, you may need further evaluation for mood disorders.
I am sorry for not recommending any supplements at this time because supplements are actually made to make up for deficits and not otherwise.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to keep the discussion going if need be.
