Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Weight Gain And Swollen Joints
Question: Hi, I have an under active thyroid and take 50mg levothyroxine daily, I have been on the XXXXXXX pill desogestrel 75mg daily. I am 31 years old and feel tired, have gained weight and feel low in mood, my joints are swollen and skin is very dry.
I have been taking the XXXXXXX pill for 6 months and after spotting for 3 months have now bleed heavily for 5 days. The doctor says to stick will the pill, are these side effects normal? What do you suggest?
