Question: My 4 year old states she has an itchy tongue and she has red spots on the sides of her tongue from itching it

Also give plenty of yogurt as it contains plenty of beneficial bacteria which should help. Also give her cetirizine syrup (antiallergic) once daily for 3-4 days.
