![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: Hi Doctor, my mother-in-law has tongue ulcer since last one year. She is taking medicine like Cp Doxit and some folivite as suggested by a physician, but getting no relief, please suggest further...
Brief Answer:
Kindly follow these instructions immediately.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
I am Dr. Neel Kudchadkar, and I will help you immediatedly.
1. I strongly suggest that you go to a "pathology" lab, preferably privately owned, (because government healthcare takes a lot of time.) and get a "biopsy" done.
2. I politely request you to take photos (using a cell phone) of the ulcer and
send them to me. Send an email
ATTN: Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

3. Be quick. It's OK.
Best wishes,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Brief Answer:
Take these medications.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I went through the photographs.
1. I certainly think that there is lack of vitamins.
2. Please take "Becosule" capsules, for 1 month. Also apply Aphthasol ointment on the ulcerated region 3 to 4 times daily for a period of one week.
3. If there is no improvement. Then, contact us.
Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

Just get her kindly from the village house to the city and and be quick to take
