Brief Answer:
No permanent treatment for teeth whitening

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in.

Staining occurs due to many reasons such as smoking, tobacco, having excessive tea or coffee, fizzy drinks, hard candies, berries, vinegar and some medications. Although there is no permanent treatment for teeth whitening. Still there are few options such as bleaching which is for shorter duration and once you start taking above mentioned food stuff, it starts relapsing. There is a side-effect from tooth whitening that it results in sensitivity, so it should be done occasionally. The best option is to go for scaling and polishing which cleans teeth and remove stains but does not change the color of your teeth. Try to avoid fizzy drinks as they weaken enamel resulting in yellowish teeth and sensitivity.
You may also rub your teeth with banana peel as has natural bleaching action with no side-effects. Go for a professional scaling and polishing followed by maintainance of good oral hygiene at home.
Consult your dentist for further treatment plan.
