Question: Dear doc

I had unprotected sex with two girls, one of them was her first bi uncounter and the other was older and seem like she had done it before.
I tore my band XXXXXXX during this in counter.
16 days later I started to sneeze followed by a stuffy nose and a semi ear infection.
I have had light head ace and very very tired.
I went to get tests done as I was having chest tightness and crampy jaw as well.
Two days later both forearms and neck are sore.
Could this possibly be HIV
I have also just started to get a sore throat
I am freaking out and can't concentrate on my job

Brief Answer:
I don't think your symptoms are related to HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome to HCM.

The symptoms you had mentioned are not related to HIV infection, they are mostly due to some other viral infection for which you can consult your local physician and take some treatment or go for some investigation to isolate the cause.

You had unprotected sexual intercourse with two girls then the risk of getting HIV is there if your partner is positive so I will advice you to go for HIV testing with 4th generation test to know about your status.

At present just be relaxed and get done your tests without thinking much about HIV. As your friend I will also advice you to avoid unsafe sexual practices in future to stay away from the risk of HIV and other STDs also.

Thank You
