Brief Answer:
Need antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Cellulitis is actually a infection of the tissue which is mostly due to bacteria like staphylococci or streptococci.

It requires oral antibiotics like cephalosporins (cefadroxyl or cefixime) or quinolones (ofloxacin or levofloxacin) in appropriate dosage and duration with other symptommatic treatment like analgesics, antiinflammatories and antacids.

If cellulitis has turned to boil or abcess and especially if it is larger than 3 to 4 cm then it requires to be drained ( incision and drainage) under aseptic precautions followed by antibiotics.

Hope this will help you.
