I can understand your concern. As per your history I think that your condition get worsened after neck and back surgery. I think symptoms like excruciating pain, numbness, tingling sensation are all because due to spinal nerve compression. Other causes may be diabetic neuropathy, vit. B12 deficiency, any CNS pathology. I'd suggest you to do MRI neck, back, brain to rule out other possibilities and consult with neurosurgeon. I think you will get relief after decompression surgeries. Kindly try to do regular physiotherapy after consultation with physiotherapist.
Kindly do vit. B12 level, blood calcium level, serum electrolytes, complete blood count, random blood sugar. Kindly follow up with reports. You can take tab. Gabapentin plus tab. nortryptiline 75 mg after consultation. For severe pain you can take tab. etoricoxib or fentanyl patch after consultation with neurosurgeon. As these are prescription medication, kindly consult with doctor. Continue other medications as advised. Along with that, drink lot of fluids. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment. If along with slurred speech, if you are feeling severe weakness or unable to do limbs movements, I'd suggest you rush to ER and get examined urgently. I think this will clarify your concern.
