Suggest Treatment For Tremors In The Hands After Spinal Fusion Surgery

default
Posted on Tue, 26 Sep 2017
Question: I have had spinal fusion on c5,c6,c7,t1, previously. on XXXXXXX 4 2017 I fell from a truck at work, approximately 2 ft. right after the fall I didn't think I was injured, however, later in that sift I had a couple of hand cramps in my left hand. Through out the week the cramps got worse and started to include my left forearm, bicep and chest muscle. The left hand was the one affected by the fusions. About a week after I began to get tremors in my left hand(most notably in the thumb) ,and arm and some in my right hand. Would the tremors be caused by the fall.

Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
The tremors in hands seem to be most likely due to head injury or parkinsons disease.
Examination by a neurologist is required.
Not likely due to cervical cord or nerve root injury.
