Brief Answer:
Start a course of antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hello Harpreet,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr. Nilesh Fichadiya answering your question.
You have not mentioned what investigations you have undergone and have you started with any medications or not.
You must start with a course of antibiotic like ceftriaxone, azithromycin or gatifloxacine. 2nd to 4th week is a very critical time in management of a patient of typhoid fever as complications are more during this period.
You should consult a physician to get the medicines I mentioned above.
You should be watchful for blood in stool or vomit, and immediately consult doctor in such case.
I hope this will be helpful to you.
Please let me know if you have any further queries.
Wish you the best of your health soon. Take care.
