Suggest Treatment For Ulcerative Colitis

Question: I have had Ulcerative Colitis for last 30 years or so. I get flare ups twice a year. Sometimes proper diet gets me back on track. Sometimes Salofalk comes to rescue. The current flare up required 50mg. of Prednisone a day for 8 days to get it under control. The current prescription is 4 tabs of 1.2g of Mezavant and enema. Need less to say, I hate to take medication of any kind. Is there a health clinic or something similar in XXXXXXX where I can go and get properly analyzed as to what kind of food causes the flare ups and what foods are good for me? Over the years, I have learnt to avoid certain foods that I know have triggered the flare ups in the past. Thank you for your help.

Have a feeling that most Gastroentrologist will refrain from advising a clinic which can help you as this is not a part of our curicullum
