All values within CBC are within normal range. My concern is multiple myeloma or sarcoidosis. What globulin value might be a concern for you?

Brief Answer:
Globulin levels vary from one diseased individual to another.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for the followup query.

Globulin levels vary from one diseased individual to another so exact cutline measurement can not be given. .Multiple myeloma(MM) or sarcoidosis are not just diagnosed o n single lab value. They are diagnosed by undergoing multiple labs with signs & symptoms present in patient. correlation of all these help to reach the diagnosis of MM or sarcoidosis.

e.g
In MM, on skull xray you ding punched out lytic lesions. Electrophoresis shows abnomal proteins including monoclonal free light chains in the serum or urine known as "Bence XXXXXXX proteins".

Similarly in sarcoidosis, chest xray is done showing nodule formation which can be biopsied if suggested clinically by a pulmonologist along with liver function tests.

If you still think either one of the diseases then you can visit hospital and get them tested.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
