Brief Answer:
you need to take to doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Ulcers on tongue is usually due to infection or vitamin deficiency.
If it is swollen then it might indicate a deeper infection.
I would suggest you to take your child to your pediatrician.
He may prescribe antibiotics if required like amoxicillin.
Give her plenty of liquids along with feeds.
Ensure she passes urine atleast six times a day.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
