Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
I have seen the pictures. You are having aphthous ulcers.
They may occur due to bad orodental hygiene or vitamin deficiency or indigestion.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily and b complex supplements once daily.
Use hexidine mouth wash and apply candid mouth paint 4 to 5 times a day.
Avoid smoking or tobacco use.
Avoid spicy foods and aerated drinks.
Drink plenty of water.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
