Question: My husband has developed what looks like uslsers under his tongue he is taking a antibiactic for a cold could this be a concern?

Could be apthous ulcers, usually occur in conditions like fever and stress.
They will subside on their own.
I recommend the following.
1) Complete the course of antibiotics.
2) Drink plenty of water.
3) Avoid spicy and hot foods.
4) Avoid smoking.
5) Local anesthetic based gel to apply over the ulcer area for symptomatic relief.
He will be fine. Nothing to worry
