Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having continuous bouts of sneezing. As per your description, it appears to be allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis, can be controlled by life style modification and medications. I suggest the following two tips to my patients
1. stop consuming curd/ice cream, avoid exposure dust and cold climate, cover your face with mask during dust or strong pungent odors - kitchen, deodorants and animal dander. If possible try and pick up your specific allergens if any. Keeping a diary may help.
2. Medications are mandatory to prevent complications like allergic asthma or sinusitis or polyp. You need to continue prophylactic anti allergic medication (Mondeslor), and steroidal nasal sprays daily for at least 4-6 months. You require to see an ent surgeon for proper dosage and schedule of usage of these drugs.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
