Thanks for uploading the picture.
I have gone through the picture. Have you recently removed the facial hair, apart from the lip line there are few spots seen down also.

Based on the picture, it looks like infection of the hair follicles. I would suggest you to apply mupirocin 2 % cream twice daily over the lesions for three days.

You just observe it, if recurring you should see dermatologists for further help.
