Brief Answer:
Provide more details regarding headache

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Unilateral periorbital headache may occur due to cluster headache, short lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing (SUNCT )or glaucoma.
Duration of headache is important.
In SUNCT duration is for seconds and attack occurs many times in a day with associated nasal stuffiness, eye redness, tearing.
Cluster headache is having periodicity with minutes to hours of unilateral severe pain, redness of eyes.
Glaucoma is severe ocular pain, redness, tearing and blurring of vision.
Possibility of neuralgic pain occurs when lancinating pain occurs in distribution of upper face, unilateral.
The treatment differs with diagnosis.
Provide more details like headache, duration, nausea, vomiting, aggravating factors, response to pain killers.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
