Suggest Treatment For Unruptured Follicles

Question: I was on clomipure plus 100 from day 5 and on 11th day my follicile size is 22*16mm.
My doctor has again called today for follicular monitoring..should I take injection to burst the follicile today.???
In my previous cycle my follicile didnot burst and turned in to cyst..
Please advice

1) Unruptured follicle in last cycle is unlikely to repeat and taking Inj. hCG 5000 IU to burst the follicle is best option.

2) Please take the injection today and have sexual intercourse everyday for next 5 days to increase chance of pregnancy.

does that injection pains a lot??????

My doctor said that today after monitoring the follicle he will decide..

Last time i had follicle which turned in to cyst in left ovary and this time the follicle is in right ovary..

Should I wait for natural bursting of follicle in this cycle or it will form cyst like last time if i dont take injection

Hi,

Follcile size average of 18 mm or more is mature. Actually your follicle was mature yesterday. I guess doctor wants to see if it ruptures naturally by itself. If not, you may have to take injection as mentioned above.

Doctor i want know whether my follicile is getting naturally rupture or not..if it is not getting ruptured what is the reason..

It is possible to know after doing ultrasound scan. If not getting ruptured means the reason is low LH hormone. You need to take Inj hCG to rupture the same.

Hello doctor

Yesterday my follicle size was 22*20mm
And doctor gave injection hcgiu10000
And gave two option either iui or keep relation for next 3 to 4 days

We decided to go for keeping relation ship nd not iui as this was my first cycle on follicular study.

I m not experiencing ny diff after injection is this normal.

My doc has told to come on Friday for checkup

You dont need to experience any changes after the injection. This is normal. Some women might experience mild lower abdomen pain between 30 to 40 hours after injection.

I dont see any reason to worry. Let me know report on friday. Hopefully follicle would have ruptured. Attach friday scan pictures if possible for me to see the follicle.
