Question : What does it mean when you blow your nose and your ears start crackling like crazy and liquid of some sort comes out of your tear ducts?

I understand your concern.
There are connections between the back of the nose and the middle ear and the lacrimal duct.
If there is any infection in the upper respiratory tract, these systems can occur.
