Brief Answer:
post nasal drip might be responsible for coldness in the throat.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information, I think you might be having upper respiratory tract infection and sinusitis. Feeling of the coldness in the throat might be due post nasal drip, which is usually seen with URTI. Addressing URTI should provide relief from your symptom.

Kindly provide additional information
Since how long you have been having this?
Do you have any allergies?
Is there post nasal drip?
I'd the external environment is cold?
Can you upload the picture of nose for better assessment?

Presently I would suggest you to do steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil three to four times a day. Salt water gargling three to four times a day, making the environment slightly humid using humidifier will be helpful. Drink plenty of water especially warm water or tea or soup will be beneficial. Tablet RICOFAST (triprolidine 2.5 mg, phenylephrine 5 mg) trice daily for three days will be helpful. In case post nasal drip throat irritation is noted, that can be addressed by taking lozenges like strepsils or cofsil.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care
