Hi again
Thanks for the details.
So you seem to be developing either a urine infection or an infective discharge .
Kindly clarify if you are having intense pain or burning during urination .Is the discharge from urethral opening white or looks like pus ?
Any fever or generalised weakness ?
Any outside sexual contact ,if yes,how many days prior to these symptoms?
The above details will help me in reaching a final diagnosis and then I can guide you regarding further management. A complete urine examination will be needed.

Outside sex like four days before feeling no fever or weekness
Brief Answer:
Infection, might need antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
The symptoms you are developing are either due to a urinary tract infection or you might have developed a urethral infection.
Take lots of fluids ,it will help in clearing the urine as much as possible ,thereby improving the urine infection .
You might need to undergo a urine analysis followed by a short course of oral antibiotics like macrolide or fluoro quinolones for the infection for which you might have to see your local doctor since these are prescription drugs .
For the time being ,take some oral painkillers like ibuprofen or paracetamol to reduce the inflammation and pain .
Hope it helps
